1. Measure the circumference of the part of your palm just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb. The measuring tape would be wrapped around your hand below your knuckles, leaving all four fingers free.
2. Round this number up to the next whole inch.
3. Add 1 to the measurement to determine your soccer goalie glove size.

You should wash your gloves after every use.

 

Here is what to do.

 

Use cold water in a shower/sink/bucket etc.

 

Using a soft sponge , work from the bottom of the latex to the finger tips .Rinse and repeat until the gloves are dirt free.

 

Squeeze out the excess water (do not ring them out ) place the gloves in a towel separately and press the final unwanted water out, now leave them to dry on the towel.

 

Important: DO NOT TRY TO ACCELERATE THE DRYING PROCESS BY PLACING THE GLOVES ON A RADIATOR
